It's been a fantastic week, but I am freaking happy to see FRIDAY! Is anyone else with me?
This week came and went so quickly. I don't think I've gotten a chance to breath! Bring ooooon the
weekend. I can feel some much, much-needed "me time" coming on. A Starbucks and homework session.
A long run. A sushi date with some girlfriends. A day spent with a special someone. That's what my
weekend is looking like, and it's looking pretty damn good!
Let's kick off this Friday with a back and ab workout. The back is one of my
favorite areas (next to shoulders) to target train. To all of my lady friends out there,
here's to breaking that stereo type and breaking out the heavy weights!
