I've gotten so many requests to share one of my recipes, so I figured that I would share
my all-time favorite dish, the Black Bean Stir-Fry! It's a total 🎶 flavor fiesta ♫
Black Bean Stir-Fry

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 Minutes
Directions: Bring skillet to medium heat, and then add coconut oil. Once oil is heated (about a minute or so), add veggies, and chicken. Cook until chicken is slightly browned and fully cooked. Next, add rice, aminos, and black beans to veggie mixture and stir well. Finally, turn off heat and let stir-fry cool. Pour it into your favorite dish, top with salsa and garnish with your choice of toppings, and enjoy!
I always love to pair this dish with some good ol' Food Should Taste Good chips. Mmm, mmm, mmm!
