With the winter in full-swing, I have been craving comfort foods like CRAZY! I don't know about
you, but chili is one of my favorites. It's warm. It's filling. It's a family favorite. You simply can't go wrong. As much as I love my Three Bean Chili, I thought it was time to whip up a new dish. And of course, I wanted to whip up a dish that cooked itself! The Crockpot has become my new BFF. Lazy, hazy winter mode: engaged.
This dish is also perfect for those who are entertaining this holiday and are looking for a holiday recipe. It feeds 6-8, so make sure you bring family, friends, or both! Otherwise, you're guaranteed leftovers for the rest of the week. Lunch and dinner? Check!
This chili is fun because you can dress it up or dress it down. Lay out a topping bar that includes sour cream, avocado (personal favorite), cilantro, or shredded cheese. You can also leave out a bread station that includes various dipping breads and crackers! As you can see, my friends chose Pillsbury crescents. I don't blame them.
All of my ingredients were purchased at Price Chopper.
Sending a huge shout out to #CollectiveBias for giving me this #HolidayAdvantEdge this season!
