It's been a while since I've participated in a WIAW. As you know, 'tis my favorite post of the week. You can't knock a gal who loves food. And you certainly can't knock all of the other bloggers who love food too. We're kind of a big dill.
Today's post put my eating habits into perspective, and I'm really freaking proud of how far they've come overall. While I'm still a repeat offender, and I still have my go-to foods, I have loosened up significantly when it comes to my overall choices. This time last year, for example, I wouldn't have eaten an entire bagel without feeling some sense of guilt. Today I choose the bagel willingly (because, hello, carbs are delish). I raise a glass to friends and family who make me appreciate food more all around.
I'm a runner. I'm plant-based. My body needs an array of foods.
I love my body. I love what it can do. I want to keep nourishing it and fueling it.
