Annnnnd Cue the Weekend!
But before we do so, let's rewind to Monday. Did you ever map out your week and
realize that it's going to be hellish? You look at your agenda and think
'...oh my goodness. Why do I plan so much in one week?"
Between full-time classes, full-time work, meetings, workouts, eating
(you totally have to plan out eating times if you're constantly on-the-go. Otherwise,
you eat breakfast, bolt out the door, and boom it's time for dinner
#keepyourselffueled), etc. etc. your schedule can certainly make you want
to crawl up into a ball and hibernate until the week's over.
Fast-forward to today. I am alive! This week was a steep mountain
to climb, but I planned, pushed myself hard, and prevailed.
I'm feeling wonderful. I feel like I can trump anything.
Simply believe that you can, and you will.
Essentially, I wanted to take the time to point out the thing that truly keeps me
sane through the week: my morning workout. It is my "me time" and
is the time to focus on improving myself not only emotionally and
intellectually, but physically as well. Juggling a hectic lifestyle can be
rough, but if you take care of your body and fully utilize your resources,
you can truly train your whole self to take on the world.

A Back-Burnin' Workout
I like to keep my workouts at an hour max, so this should take no longer than
45-60 minutes! I'm all about the short, sweet, yet very effective workouts. :-)
