I know that they will be doing a new flavor sampling out in LA tomorrow. To all of my west coast friends, I'm so jealous of you! Enjoy a bite more me, please!
I just wanted to update you all on my running and general workout progress! Guess what? I finally broke my 3.5 mile PR yesterday! I'm truly falling more and more in love with running every day. Anything is attainable when you put your mind to it.
As for my strength training progress, I'm almost where I want to be!
Lots of upper-body progress and lower-body workouts!
It was a great week for fitness, overall!

Pumpkin Pie Oat Bran
Prep Time: 2 Mins
Cook Time: 8 Mins
Directions: Prepare oat bran according to the cooking instructions provided on package. In a medium-sized bowl, mash banana, then add spice, puree, and protein powder into the same bowl. Mix well. Once the oats are prepared, combine them with the pumpkin mixture. Mix well again. Once finished, top oats with extra cinnamon and (optional) dollop of nut butter! Enjoy!
Pumpkin most certainly isn't just for the fall. It is such a refreshing summertime treat especially if you chill your oats overnight and eat them in the morning. That's what I have been doing lately. It's the perfect way to start your day!
