Another Friday, Another AM Workout!
The colder it gets, the harder it becomes to get my rear in gear
and into the gym for an early morning sweat session. Today's WOD consisted of upper-body work
and sprint intervals on the treadmill. It's all a challenge, but the feeling
of accomplishment makes it all damn worth it!
I have been mixing up my routines and implementing new things into my workouts.
Many other fitness-loving bloggers have posted some really great workouts recently, so I thought I'd share some of the ones that I have tried and absolutely loved! Check out some of this week's new challenges!
