1. I am a litttttle more excited for the weekend than usual this week. My body was go, go, go this week, but now it's telling me no, no, no. This girl needs to catch up on some rest. 2. I just made the best pancakes ever. I tweaked this recipe and used sweet potato flour instead of oat flour. 3. I haven't done a "5 Things" post in a while, so I figured it was about time.

1. Kind Gestures
A stranger gave flowers to random people on Tuesday and told everyone to "have a beautiful day. Because you deserve to." The stranger made my afternoon, and I'm sure he made others' too. The gesture goes to show that kindness still matters. We should always look for opportunities to do small things for others. They can go a long way.
2. Foodie Finds
I got my hands on Steve's Mexican Chili Chocolate ice cream and I also made Bulletproof Coffee
(not in that order ☺︎). Holy. Freaking. Moly. These two rock.
3. Trial and Error
It's my middle name. As much as errors stink, and as much as I sometimes let them affect me, they aren't the end of the world. They are learning curves and experiences. I wouldn't be who I am, nor would I have the knowledge I have today if it weren't for the errors I have made. Resilience. Persistence. Attitude. I endlessly embrace them.
