Who's doing the Friday happy dance with me? I gave myself a break and didn't get up early to go to the gym this morning. My workout can wait until after I finish my #crazybagellady business for the day. It's been a crazy week, so I'm looking forward to doing a whole lot of nothing tonight. Sometimes we all need a night or a weekend to decompress. That said, I'm sharing 5 things that happened this week. Enjoy! ❤
Speaking of the gym, I have stuck to my word and really shifted gears in the gym. I rarely do cardio (except for my Sunday Rundays) and I focus primarily on weights. I've seen such a transformation physically and mentally.
When you learn your own capabilities, you empower yourself in an entirely new way.
2. Coffee, Coffee, Coffee
Needless to say, I was torn at breakfast one morning. I wanted Starbucks, but I had a Tim Horton's k-cup telling me otherwise. I compromised and used my Starbucks mug, then filled it with Tim's French Vanilla. 'Twas delish.
3. Blogger Friends
Words cannot describe how grateful I am to be a part of the healthy living blog community. Between my blog, Twitter, and Instagram, I have met so many incredible people! This past week I met Jackie @ Gluten Free Follow Me and Amanda @ Eat, Lift, Be Merrry. I also had the pleasure of meeting Erin @ G-Free Fun (not pictured) for coffee. Freaking awesome ladies. I feel like I've known them all my entire life.
4. Sweater Weather
Oh ya. Sweater weather has begin! My go-to outfit has been leggings and over-sized sweaters with boots.
5. Charisma, Happiness, and Confidence
And of course, the over-sized sweaters and boots are great, but it's even more important to wear your charisma, smile, and confidence. By doing so, you take care of yourself and take care of those around you. Always remember to stay true to you and live for yourself at the end of the day.
