As promised, I have the Gluten-Free Allergy-Free Expo recap for you all today! Michelle and I had an absolutely wonderful time mingling, munching, and maneuvering with all of the other bloggers and vendors. It was a really great opportunity for Sweet Note Bakery!
As soon as we walked in the doors, Michelle and I checked in, got our tickets, and grabbed our goodie bags. I couldn't even tell you the last time that I became that excited to have a little treat bag. You would have thought it was Halloween. Hey, it might as well have been for the gluten-free, allergy-free community.
It's the little things, right? :)
The expo itself was huge. I don't think the above photo does it any justice. Within that one room, there were more than 150+ vendors. They, of course, didn't even account for the other vendors who were unable to attend. GFAF truly put the gluten-free market into perspective: it is freakin' enormous. Anyway, the second that we stepped onto the floor, our venture began. There were some samples with our names written all over them.
