Lemon-garlic grilled chicken. Roasted eggplant. Broccoli. French fries. Oh yeah, you read that right.
This girl made some homemade, healthy, and garlic-y steak fries. Ore-Ida has nothing on me. 😋

The crispy, crunchy fries are almost too good to be true.
Garlic Steak Fries
By: Brittany @ Freckled Nettles
Prep Time: 8-10 Minutes
Bake Time: 60-70 minutes
Preheat oven to 375. On a cutting board, slice potatoes into thick strips (about 1 inch wide). Place strips into a medium-sized bowl. Set aside. Next, in a small bowl, mix seasonings together well. Set aside. Take bowl of potatoes and drizzle EVOO over them, then coat evenly. Sprinkle seasoning mix over potatoes, coat evenly again, and spread seasoned strips on a large baking sheet. Place in oven. Bake for 60-70 minutes, depending on desired crispiness. Flip once during bake time (around the 30-minute mark). When finished, remove fries from oven. Feel free to sprinkle another bit of garlic on them. Mmm, mmm, mmm. Love me some garlic.
This recipe can also be made into a sweet potato fry. Simply substitute the baking potatoes with sweet potatoes. Bada boom, bada bing!
What's your favorite way to eat French fries? Favorite seasoning? Condiment? Food to pair them with?
When I was younger, I loved to dip my fast-food fries in milkshakes. The sweet and salty combo was to die for! #dontjudge
