If you know me personally, then you know I'm all about staying active, staying balanced, and
staying WELL! Does anyone remember my Staying with Walgreens post back in March? If you missed it,
check it out. If you read it, however, mooooove on! I have some more Walgreens shenanigans up my sleeve.
And no, the shenanigans has nothing to do with vitamins this time around.
Although vitamins are always a must. Must take all the vitamins and minerals.
On to Today's Spotlight: Walgreens Balance Rewards
For those of you who are like me and are all about saving your time, saving your money, and saving
your health, I highly recommend downloading the Walgreen's Balance Rewards application. Aside from apps like MyFitnessPal and RunKeeper, the Balance Rewards is one that I rely on heavily for everyday things such as shopping, refilling prescriptions, and tracking fitness progress. The Balance Rewards app helps me navigate Walgreens and navigate my lifestyle right from my phone.
I personally rely on the app most for one thing: grocery shopping. Walgreens has my favorite snacks
stocked and my favorite supplements easily accessible. I can't forget to mention that they have my favorite
hair care and pampering products. Oh yeah... I'm talking about you, Essie nail polish.
Anyway, the app is easy to navigate. It recommends items based on your previous purchases. It matches
your needs (or simple wants) with items on-sale. Also, it stores your coupons and calculates new balance rewards. Essentially, it's every health foodie and convenience-junkie's dream.
The app automatically updates the weekly circular. You can bet your booty that I let my inner
grandma shine and hunted down the deals. My grocery list (also created and completed right from the Balance Rewards) was comprised of almond milk, gluten-free goodies, almonds, pistachios, coffee,
shampoo, conditioner, razors, and nail polish.
I wasn't kidding when I said I loved the nail polish selection there. Have to keep the nails long and strong!
And FYI for those of you who like apps that monitor and track your progress, the
Balance Rewards app allows you to do so as well. Track your progress. Earn #BalanceRewards points.
Connect the app to update progress. Discover new ways to stay well.
