Who's Hungry for a #seasonalsmoothie?
As I noted in last month's smoothie post, I'm teaming up with Puritan's Pride and the Fit Approach team to bring some yummy, healthy smoothies to the table this season! The warmer days may be over and the cooler days may be upon us, but that doesn't mean that smoothies have to be over too. It only means that certain fruits and veggies are out and others are in! From cranberries and sweet potatoes to pumpkin and squash, I'm ready to introduce a slew of new smoothies that are perfect for the coming holiday seasons. Oh yeah, this is only the second of three #seasonalsmoothie installments! Did I mention that there's a giveaway involved too? ?
The holiday season is upon us and just in time for month two of the Puritan’s Pride Superfood Smoothie challenge. It’s easy to indulge over the holidays. There are cookies lurking around every corner. As you’ll see from these recipe ideas, however, keeping yourself nourished, despite the indulgences is as easy as (dare I say it) PIE! That’s why I’m excited to share November’s Superfood Smoothie recipe ideas with you. The focus is on cleansing and soothing, so we can enjoy every minute of the season ahead.
On the days that I do not have time to whip up a smoothie, I rely on Green Superfood Drink Powder, Probiotics, Omega 3,Vitamin C, and Turmeric! They all pack a nutritional punch, especially in the winter time when our immune systems drop below normal. Old man winter, you're no match for me this season!
As a part of this November post, there is a little treat for all who join me and create a #seasonalsmoothie! The prize pack includes:
And of course, as part of the holiday season, Puritan’s Pride is offering free shipping to everyone! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, don't you think? ☺️
