Kicking off the week on a positive note never gets old. The Healthy Diva herself had such a great idea when she started this link-up party! Anyway, it was a marvelous week on my end. Many, many great things happened! I also found so many things to share with you. Let's take a look, shall we?

This wonderful news from Target! I don't know about you, but I love doing the majority of my food shopping there. I mean where else can you shop for clothes and shop for great food? It's so nice to hear that they're perfecting their selection even more!

My dad's idea of a Father's Day dinner! He wanted to replicate his favorite restaurant dish, the Seafood Salad, from The Burger Bar at Gallo's. This is what he came up with! It was delish, if I don't say so myself!
I used the remnants of his ingredients to create a salad of my own. I swapped few things to tailor it to my taste buds! Do you enjoy dinner in under ten minutes? If so, then this is for you!
Seafood Spinach Salad
Prep Time: 10 Mins
Cook Time: 0 Mins
Directions: In a medium-sized bowl, simply combine all salad ingredients together. Bon Appetite!
PS. The salad was so flavorful that I omitted any dressing! If you do need some, however, I suggest using a balsamic vinaigrette!
