Okay, friends. Did you ever do any entire blog post and then have it mysteriously delete right in front of your eyes? Well, that's what happened to me this morning. I published it, went to link-up to Katie's post, then bam it went missing. Ugh, technology.
Anyway, I wanted to give a very special MIMM shout out to Katie @ Healthy Diva Eats this week and wish her a very happy, very safe delivery. Baby G will be here any day now and the HLB community is very excited to welcome him!
Finally breaking my 5k PR! I woke up early Sunday morning to beat the heat and covered 3.37 miles in 29 minutes and 11 seconds! Any goal is achievable when you set your mind to it. As of yesterday, I realized that I am ready, both physically and mentally, to run my first half-marathon. I am officially registered to run this November! Philadelphia Marathon Weekend, I'm coming for you!
