I've really pushed myself in the gym lately. Some days are better than others,
but overall I've really pushed for improvement. New compound workouts. New isolation
workouts. New overall techniques. I've decided to commit to a whole new fitness approach,
switch things up, and really challenge my body. There's no specific reason for kicking things
up a notch. I just really want to exceed the limits I set for myself and really discover my own
potential. As Laura @ Sprint 2 the Table says, I'm a "glutton for punishment." The challenges
coming my way will not be pretty and will definitely be tough, but I know they will be
110% worth it. No goal was met without a little sweat, after all.
Now Who's Ready for a Leg Workout?
My new workouts will be a statement to myself. I am in control of my body. I am in
control of my life. My goals are not too big. My goals are attainable. I can truly do anything
that I put my mind to.
In the grand scheme of things, I am focused on my life, not my body. When you build yourself,
you build your foundation. I am working towards a bigger, better, stronger me.
