I'm Going 3 for 3 with Recipe Tuesday!
Needless to say, my kitchen mojo has been kickin' lately! Today I'm featuring a groovy green (#alliterationwin) smoothie recipe that I whipped up this past weekend. My dad was nice enough to surprise me with a Magic Bullet after wanting one for the longest time! He is certainly getting the Father of the Year Award. :)

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 0 Minutes
Directions: In a blender, combine all ingredients. Allow everything to blend for about 2-3 minutes. Once finished, pour shake into a mug, top with any additional toppings toppings (I suggest a nut butter), and enjoy!
It's the perfect treat for anyone who is on-the-go! It's also a wonderful way to pack some extra veggies and protein into you diet.
Something tells me that there will be many, many more groovy green smoothies in the near future. All aboard the shake train!
