Honestly, I didn't know how I was going to feel about compression socks. I couldn't see myself
enjoying tight fabric on my calves. I was a bit skeptical about the advantage they claimed to provide. Something about the sleeves didn't settle well. Either way, I put them on, laced up my shoes, and gave
them a go. After all, I will never knock something until I try it. The verdict? I'm SO glad I did! My inner
runner is glad that I did too. Turns out compression sleeves aren't so bad.
The sleeves kept my legs intact and kept my recovery period shorter. As you know from myprevious
posts, I'm taking my workouts to the next level and making an effort to challenge my body in a way that it has never been challenged before. I will take all the help that I can get with performance and recovery. I wore the
sleeves while training. I even wore them when I wasn't. Yep. The peeps at the grocery store were jealous.
