Anyway, while grocery shopping last week, I took a stroll down the pasta and mac and cheese aisle. I found a fairly decent dairy-free mac, but I was still hesitant of the ingredients. I live by one golden rule: if you can't pronounce it, don't eat it. Sounds simple, right? I wish.
So that's when I turned and saw nutritional yeast on the adjacent shelf. The mac and cheese gods were clearly (and dangerously) in my favor. Nooch is a savory, nutty, and cheesy-beautiful thing. And I have absolutely no idea why it took me so long to discover it.
