Good morning, lovely friends! How is everyone's weekend? I haven't had too many exciting things going on over here, but it was still a great weekend nonetheless! Lots of family, friend, and "me" time. Anyway, I plan on tackling another 5 miles in my marathon training plan this morning, so before I go, I figured that I'd share a few recipes that I stumbled upon this weekend. I'm dying to try them all out this week, so feel free to try them with me!
1. What are 3 items you cannot live without on a daily basis (water, food, shelter, and clothes do not count).
My iPhone (the thing literally has EVERYTHING on it), oat bran or oatmeal (can a certain kind of food count?), and gum (one piece a day)!
2. What is your all time favorite book? Why?
I think that I already mentioned this in a previous post, but Pride and Prejudice! I'm a total classics kind of gal.
3. What is something you’d like to accomplish before the end of 2013?
I cannot wait to finish my first half-marathon. I truly think it's going to be a life changing event. I hope to make it to 26.2 someday! Run Disney is looking mighty fine.
4. If you could go back and relive any year of your life which year would it be?
Can I be honest? I do not want to go back to any point in time. This year has been the happiest year of my life by-far. If I absolutely had to choose, however, then it would be my senior year of high school. I made some of the greatest memories!
5. What do you wish people knew about you without you having to tell them?
If I met someone new, I'd want them to know that I get very uncomfortable when my healthy eating habits are scrutinized. Is it really unnatural for a girl to prefer a wholesome meal over McDonald's? I just enjoy taking care of myself! My tummy enjoys it too!
