Good morning, everyone! I hope you all enjoyed your Saturdays.
I'm going to dive into my Sunday Social post first, then I'll dive into my weekend recap!
This Week's Questions:
1. What is your favorite movie of all time?
Raise Your Voice or Law Abiding Citizen. I love both chick flicks and thrillers!
2. What is your favorite movie quote?
"Hakuna Matata" from The Lion King!
3. What is the best movie to watch for a girls night in?
Mean Girls or The Notebook, no doubt.
4. What is the best breakup movie?
Hmm that's a tough one. I never thought of any "breakup" movies. For some reason, the movie Failure to Launch comes to my head. I love Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew McConaughey!
5. Who would you want to play you in a movie about your life?
Zooey Deschanel. I love how quickly she can change character. I hope she could portray me!
6. Which movie star’s closet would you want to raid?
I would totally raid Angelina Jolie's closet for her red carpet attire.
Sweet Note Steals the Sea Shore!
My first business trip with Sweet Note was surreal. Michelle and I had to keep reminding ourselves that we were working. It felt like we were on vacation!
I woke up early Friday morning and hit the beach for an easy 3-mile run. Michelle was more than happy to join me, of course! She was once a Piloxing instructor, so she enjoys staying active.
After that, we went back to the beach house, showered, cooked breakfast, then broke out our Sweet Note mobiles! Who needs a car when you have bikes? Our marketing tools fit perfectly in Michelle's front basket.
I was unable to snap some pictures of the cute cafes and breakfast spots that we were fortunate to meet with, but I can tell you that we had an overall great result! You will soon see Sweet Note products in Ocean City, NJ! We are beyond thrilled and beyond thankful to be expanding.
Following our day of work, we went to the market and picked up some fresh seafood. We grilled up veggies, lobster tail, jumbo shrimp, clams, and more!
We enjoyed dinner on the beach house's rooftop!
I would show you our finished dish, but I think I'm going to save that bad boy for WIAW. Until then, I'll show you the aftermath. We licked our plates clean, nonetheless!
As I said in yesterday's post, I spent my Saturday grillin' and chillin' at my family reunion too! It was so nice to see everyone. We held it at our local park, and it was certainly a beautiful day!
I took plenty of pictures, but I would like to save them for MIMM.
Spending time with loved ones is truly a marvelous thing.
I'm off to Trader Joe's for my weekly food haul. See you all tomorrow!
What's your favorite thing to do down the shore?
Anything in particular that I should pick up from TJ's?
