Who's Ready for Some Football?
Or should I say...who's ready for some football FOOD?
I know I look forward to all of the dishes that come along
with Super Bowl Sunday.
As you all know, #teamsweet has been going kitchen krazy
lately and has been whipping up various gluten-free recipes using
our very own bagel. Who would have guessed that bagels
could be so universal? See here for some of the recipes that we have
up our sleeve. I will post them as we reveal each recipe!
Anyway, today I wanted to share a football-friendly recipe
that is simple, quick, and accepted by all!
Warning: this recipe is so damn delicious that it can be consumed
entirely in one sitting (**guilty**). Ration accordingly. :-)
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
By: Michelle the Baker @ Sweet Note Bakery
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 20-30 Minutes
Leave a sweet note bagel out overnight to stale (or if you are impatient like me just grab some from the freezer and thaw slightly). Put in the food processor until it's an enjoyable consistency.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all your ingredients together in a bowl and then form 1 inch balls, or go smaller for little bite size pieces. Place on greased baking sheet and top with more hot sauce if you like. Bake for about 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the balls you made. Top with more hot sauce if you like a nice kick. ENJOY!!
And of Course, a 'Sweet' Video!
Happy Super Bowl Sunday!
