I am Rollin' with Recipes this Week!
Needless to say, I've been really branching out and giving my taste buds a ♫ flavor fiesta 🎶
Today I'm having a chili party and featuring a recipe created by one of my
closest girlfriends, Alison a.k.a. Ali Bean. If you haven't checked out her
Ali Bean's Bakery page before, I totally suggest that you do so.
Her cookies are truly like nothing I have ever seen nor tasted before.
Anyway, Ali, Michelle, and I had a girls' weekend this past weekend and
cooked up so many treats. From caprese salad to jalapeno poppers, we
truly made it all. I guess that's what you get when you put three
foodies in charge of the cooking. :-) Mmm, mmm, mmm. Needless to
say, Ms. Ali Bean made a kick ass vegetarian chili that was, just like her
cookies, nothing I have ever tasted. It was the right mix of
spicy and sweet. And you can bet your booty I stole
some leftovers and had them for lunch or dinner the following two days!

PS. I totally asked her to revisit the drawing board and write down this
recipe for me so I can share it with everyone. So a huge thank you
to her for that as well!
I tried to get some visually appealing pictures, but let's
face it- chili's not the most photogenic food!
