I don't know about you, but I am covered in bruises! To all of my gym-goer friends, and
especially to all who do CrossFit-inspired workouts (i.e. box jumps, heavy lifting, etc. etc.)
how do you avoid or deal with bruising? I know one thing I can do is try to avoid being so damn
clumsy, and that's something I am definitely working on. However, I have a gut feeling that my
bruising issue is ultimately internal. I read this article on why bruising occurs and how to treat it.
Needless to say, this girl is going to be eating more iron-rich foods. Let's see if I improve!
