Hey, yogi friends! Guess what I'm doing today? Hot yoga! It's only taken me a whole
year, but I finally made time to visit a local hot yoga studio with a girlfriend
and give it a try. If any of you have ever taken a hot yoga class, feel free to send some
suggestions my way. Anything specific to wear? Items to bring? I know that hydration is key.
Word on the street is that it gets freaking HOT in there, and you cannot underestimate
the name of the course. 🔥 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Anyway, I know that
fueling properly is key too. Since the class falls during dinner time, I'm going to snack lightly
and make a veggie protein shake- a shake like the one below!

I was lucky enough to receive some vegan-friendly #plantbased protein from the Twinlab team.
While I'm not vegan, I do stick with vegan proteins. I have serious tummy troubles when I consume dairy.

Twinlab Anytime Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until preferred consistency is reached (about 30 seconds). Either drink smoothie as-is or put it into the freezer and make an ice cream alternative. If I'm not in a rush, I always choose the latter. #icecreamfordays
Plant-based protein lover or not, I highly recommend this recipe to anyone and everyone.
And if you're a coffee junkie like me, I recommend putting a scoop of Twinlab protein into
your morning iced coffee and shaking it up. It's my favorite post-workout snack.
