Yesterday put things into perspective for me. I had two conversations with two of my best friends. We talked life - past, current, future. We talked about our fears, victories, passions, goals, etc.
I want to share something that I learned during those conversations: open up to those around you. It's easy to get entrapped in your own thoughts. It's even easier to repress your feelings and pretend like everything is OK. I personally struggle with not opening up to people when I need it as opposed to when I want it. There's a huge difference (although it's OK to do both).
We're all human, and honestly we sometimes just need to babble and let the thoughts flow. Everyone has their inner struggles, and sometimes we simply need advice or encouragement. Over the past year especially, I learned that even the seemingly strongest people are weak, and that strength develops during their weakest times. Every day is a new chance for growth.

It's been a while since I did a "Two Words" post.
Lots of stuff to share today. Happy Tuesday, friends. ♥︎
