As you all know, I'm a fan of making my own snacks and such. It's much, much cheaper than store-bought items.
It's also much, much easier to keep foreign ingredients out and keep quality ingredients in! Can anyone else agree?
I stopped at my local Target (no surprise) and grabbed a few things to whip up a raw, vegan cookie dough bite. It's nice to have some travel-friendly snackies for the busy weekdays. All ingredients can be found in the recipe below!
