If you saw my last post about Twinlab, then you know I'm a sucker for #vegan, plant-based proteins.
While I'm not vegan, I do stick with vegan proteins. I have serious tummy troubles when I consume dairy.
No bueno. Anyway, About Time was kind enough to learn about my tummy troubles and introduce another candidate for plant protein, their About Time Ve line, which is non-GMO, soy-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
Needless to say, this brand stole my heart too. I am now having a plant-based protein love affair.
Some Quick Facts:
I put a packet into my smoothies. I put a few tablespoons into my morning oats. I think I try to weave
my protein into just about every meal I have... with the exception of dinner. There's something about vanilla
or chocolate-flavored chicken that I do not condone. 😊 As every protein review goes, check out my
smoothie recipe below! It's my go-to post workout meal.
