Unfortunately, I don't have a special food 'theme' for you guys today, nor do I have sensible snacks for Jen's Sensible Snacking Month, but I do have a bunch of scrumptious eats and treats! An "Everything but the Kitchen Sink" Omelet with extra veggies!

When my best friend, Cara, and I enjoyed out girls' night last Saturday, we also enjoyed a meal at our favorite Philadelphia restaurant, Mi-Lah Vegetarian! The food was equally as satisfying as our last visit (if not more) and it certainly left us wanting more!
I had a Cambodian Amok with spinach, eggplant, tofu in coconut, lemongrass, and dried chili sauce.
Cara had a Baked Cumin-Fingerling Potato dish with Pepper, Black Beans, and Avocado Corn Salsa!
However, we both decided that there is life beyond Mi-Lah, as horrifying as it sounds, and that we should branch out to the other top-rated restaurants in Philadelphia! Did I ever tell you how thankful I am to have a girlfriend to share these foodie experiences with?
