As much as I didn't want to go outside in the sub-freezing
temperatures for a shake-out run this morning, I sucked it up, bundled up, and got myself out the door.
Needless to say, I got a good, slow 3 miles in and really got a chance to let my muscles recover.
I am feeling hella fine! Sometimes all you need to do is quiet those little voices inside your
head and just give yourself a little push. I braved the cold!
