For the past few weeks, Wednesday has meant one thing: leg day.
I finally got into a great routine that allows me to target train
5 days a week! After throwing my workouts a little off-
schedule due to all of the (good kind of) craziness, it feels
wonderful to be back in full-swing!
My legs today, however, be to differ. #jello
