I just got in from a long, challenging run (my body refused to wake up this morning), so instead of fantasizing about my WIAW eats and treats, I'm going to dive into my overnight oats that are patiently awaiting me in the fridge! Refueling is, hands down, the best part to every workout. Who else agrees with me?
