I think it's safe to say that emotions have hit me from every angle this week. From genuine happiness to sweet bitterness, I've experienced it all. Although my emotions have been triggered all for very wonderful reasons, they have certainly made me realize something: I remain perpetually focused and fueled because of them. They motivate me in ways that I would have never imagined, and with that I have realized that
We All Have Something that Motivates Us
Whether it is an emotion, a goal, a loved one, or a negative experience, we all become successful for some fundamental reason or other. With that being said, this week challenged me to determine the things in life that that fuel and motivate me. I thank goodness everyday for each and every one of them.
My University. I'm grateful to have access to so much knowledge.
A goofy 'tude. You can't take life too seriously.
Wholesome, delicious food. It keeps me going both physically and mentally.
Like-Minded People. We push each other when the going gets rough.
Running. It frees my body and my mind.
Sweet Note Bakery. It's evidence that you can truly do whatever you put your mind to.
A Positive Mindset. Work hard for yourself and forget irrelevant people.
Training. I train for myself, I train for others, I train for life.
