Did you ever have a workout that was so freakin' killer on your body that it prompted you to take a permanent seat on the couch for the day? Well, although I can't say that I remained on the couch for the entire day (a little bit of classes and work meetings will keep a girl up and moving for quite some time), I did remain on the couch from the second that I got home until the second I went to bed. Oh. My. Goodness. It was a lovely recovery day.
Since my workout was super challenging and definitely conditioning, I figured that I'd share it! As some of you may already know, I tend to go into workouts without a predetermined routine and just wing it. I don't know what I did, but I think I did something right! Would you believe me if I told you that I'm still sore two days after this workout? Yep, I have a couch with my name written allll over it when I get home today.
Although these weights and reps work for me,
please adjust the weights and reps according to your own ability.

Needless to say, I wobbled my way out of the gym after this workout.
I also ate my weight in sushi after it too. Oh, the perks that come along with exercise.
